On February 23, join Angela Wick and Kevin Brennan to learn more about how you can use the model in your work and what IIBA plans to do next. Laura Brandenburg: In September, Laura joined us for a very popular webinar on Creating a Top-notch Business Analyst Resume. She is a practicing BA, founder of Clear Springs Business Analysis and author of How to Start a Business Analyst Career. She is also an active blogger, public speaker and educator on many aspects of Business Analysis. Rick Clare: Rick is Chair of the IIBA® Best Practices in BA Management Committee and is heading the initiative to develop the IIBA Book Managing Business Analysts, to be published in 2010. Dr. Laura Kesner: A Senior Business Analyst working in the public sector, Laura has over 10 years of experience in business process improvement, requirements elicitation, modeling, enterprise analysis, and, most recently, assisting with product backlog development on SCRUM projects. She obtained her Ph.D. in Human Factors, holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Professional Certificate in Business Analysis, and is a Certified Product Owner and Certified Business Analysis ProfessionalTM (CBAP®) recipient.
