Now Available! IIBA Business Analysis Competency Model Version 2The IIBA® Business Analysis Competency Model is a tool for assessing the ability of business analysts to properly perform this role. It includes knowledge, skills and behaviors, and describes the qualities that can make a BA successful in doing this work. The Competency Model is different from the BABOK® Guide in that while the guide outlines the work a BA performs and details the knowledge required to perform that work, the model provides a method for identifying what behaviors make a BA successful in performing the activities outlined in the BABOK®.
